Do you want to cancel the registered automatic payment because you can't make automatic payment anymore? Cancelling automatic payment is also simple.

After loggin in into customer portal, click the billing button to expand the billing-related menus.

Click the Set up Autopay button.
On the Setup autopay screen, all payment information you have registered is displayed as a list. Among the payment information, the actual payment will be made with the payment information marked 'Default'.
If you don't want to proceed with automatic payment any more, you should delete all registered payment information.

Click ellipsis button on the right of the payment method which you want to delete.

Click 'Delete' button.
Then you could see the payment method had removed.
Even if you delete all of the current payment methods, there is a problem that the Autopay on the Home screen does not change to the Autopay off state. The problem is currently being tried to fix.
Even if the Autopay On status is displayed on the Home screen, automatic payment will not be made if there is no payment information on the Setup Autopay screen.
