How do I set up Autopay?

Do you want to register for automatic payment? You can easily register for automatic payment on Customer portal. When you register for automatic payment, you no longer have to worry about whether your monthly bill has been paid or not.

  • After logging in into customer portal, click the billing button to expand the billing-related menus.

  • Click the Set up Autopay button.

On the Set up Autopay page, you can view the payment information that has already been registered and register new payment information. Payment for the business is always made through the card information marked 'Default'.

If you want to register new payment information, please follow the process below. The screen also provides a friendly FAQ guide video, so if there is a blockage, you can check out the guide video right away.

  • After selecting the business you want to pay for, click the ADD Payment method button

Clicking the add payment button will display the corresponding dialog.

  • Select the payment method you want to register. If you want to register your card information, please click the Card Payment button. Or if you want to register your bank account, please click the bank account button

If you click card payment button, a dialog will be displayed to enter card information.

  • Enter card information and check the checkbox about authentication.

  • If you have not entered the required value or there is a problematic input value, you cannot click the Add button. The problematic input value is displayed in red, so please check and correct it.

  • After that, click the ADD button to complete the automatic payment card registration.

If you click bank account button, a dialog will be displayed where you can select the authentication method.

  • In the case of connect instantly method, authentication is possible only if you know the ID and password information that can access the bank's website which you want to register.

  • In the case of Verify with deposit method, when the amount is deposited into the payment account, authentication is conducted through the transferred amount information. This method may take some time to complete the entire process of confirming the amount.

If the connect instantly button is pressed, it will be moved to the next screen.

  • You can proceed to the next step by clicking the accept button after clicking the check box for consent.

  • After that, you can proceed with the account number registration process in order, such as selecting the bank you want from the dialog that appears next.

If the Verify with deposit button is pressed, it will be moved to the next screen.

  • Please enter all required input values in the dialog and click the checkbox asking if you agree.

  • If you have not entered the required value or there is a problematic input value, you cannot click the Add button. The problematic input value is displayed in red, so please check and correct it.

  • After that, click the ADD button to complete the automatic payment registration.

Once the payment information is successfully registered, the newly added payment information will be displayed in the payment information list on the screen.

Don't forget that among the many payment information on the list, the account or card on which the actual payment is made is displayed as 'default'.

  • For bank accounts that require authentication through the deposit amount, the unverified status is displayed next to the account

  • Payment will not be made for payment information in an unverified state.

  • If you want to change the account information in the unverified state to the authentication completed state, click the Verification code button next to it

Clicking the verification code button displays a dialog to help you complete the authentication step.

  • Enter the deposition information that matches the input value and click the Add button

  • The Add button is activated and the dialog is closed only if the information is matched.

  • If the unverified status shown on the screen changes to the verified status, the payment account is authenticated successfully.
