What if I forgot my customer portal ID?

The ID of the Haulla's customer portal is set to the same as your billing email address.

If you have entered the billing email address correctly but still cannot log in, you can use the Forgot ID? button to directly contact the CS personnel.

If you fill out the form on the screen, our CS personnel will call back within the operating hours and let you know what your Customer Portal ID is.
