What if I forgot my customer portal password?

If it is difficult to log in because you forgot your password, you can reset your password through the Forgot Password button.

  • When you click the Forgot Password button, a screen for sending reset password link to mail will appears.

  • You must enter your billing email address as your ID in the email input box.
    (You can only receive a password reset link when you enter the valid billing email address which you contacted with Haulla during the contract process.)

  • Enter your email address and click the SEND RESET PASSWORD EMAIL button to send you a password reset email.

    • If you receive an error message indicating that the email address is invalid, please re-enter the email address.

    • Please check your email address or password again if you receive an error message of invalid email address or password.

    • If you see a successful message, please find the password reset email in your email box and proceed with the process below.

  • Please check your mail box of billing email address. You can find the mail from Haulla.
  • Click change password button inside of the mail.

  • If the password reset email kept in your email box is too long to proceed the process, the link will be expired. If you see this screen after you click the change password button inside of the mail, it means that the link have already expired.

  • Then click the 'Please request another one' to get a new mail for resetting password.

  • If you see this screen after you click the change password button inside of the mail, it means you are now able to change your password.
  • Enter the new password you want to use in the first input box.

  • Enter the new password once more to confirm it.

  • Click the CHANGE button.

    • If you receive an error message about password format, please change the entered new password to follow the stating format.

    • If you receive an error message indicating that the password does not match, check once more to see if the new passwords that you typed twice are same.

    • If you receive a message that the password has been successfully changed, it means that the new password has been registered.
