After logging in into customer portal, click the billing button to expand the billing-related menus.

Click the My services button.
- Select Business drop-down on the right allows you to select the place of business you want to see on that screen.

On the My service screen, you can view information about the services that you are receiving.

You can check the address, contract date, contract term, and account status on that screen.

The Monthly Service Charge Total displays the total monthly billings for all your dumpster.

Using Dumpsters shows the number of dumpsters currently in use at the site.

If there are multiple dumpsters using at the site, the Previous and Later icons will be displayed.

The Monthly Service Charge shown under the Dumpster is the monthly charge for the Dumpster.

The Dumpster Detail, which appears under the corresponding Dumpster, shows the Dumpster Size, Dumpster Load Type, and Dumpster Top Type sequentially.

If the Dumpster has a Dumpster option, Dumpster option will be displayed on the screen.

The Dumpster Serial, which appears under the Dumpster, shows the serial of the Dumpster.

Service Day(s) displayed under the corresponding dumpster shows Service Frequency and Service Day(s) sequentially.

The Dumpster Delivery Date, which appears under that Dumpster, shows the date of delivery of the Dumpster.

If the Service Business is in the Short/Long overdue or Suspended state, the My services screen displays a overdue notification.

You can pay the invoice amount for this month by clicking the Pay now button on the notification.
